Wanna know why I’ve been MIA recently??
It hit me like a ton of bricks! :/
or a ton of textbooks I suppose…
Classes are going to be a little crazy this semester, and I took on a job with the sports nutrition team at my University, decided to lead a bible study and am in multiple clubs. Needless to say-blogs may be few and far between this semester 🙁
But that doesn’t mean I’m going to forget about supplying you all with healthy recipes and tips!
In fact… let’s have one right now!

- Yield: 1 smoothie (1 Servings)
- Prep: 05 mins
A delicious refreshing smoothie; perfect after a long hot day of college!
- 1 whole banana frozen
- 3/4 cup milk (can be chocolate!)
- 1/4 cup ice
- 2 TBSP. chocolate drink powder I used Ovaltine Chocolate Malt
- Throw everything in a blender; we used a magic bullet and it really was 'magical!'
