Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!
We LOVE Valentine’s Day around here!
However, it can easily become overwhelming – gifts to buy, chocolate temptations, singleness (nuf’ said). But it can also become a great opportunity to take those struggles and transform them into blessings; as Proverbs 11:25 says, “Those who refreshes others will themselves be refreshed” (NLT).
This Valentine’s Day, focus on loving God, loving others and loving yourself.
Love God – write or (make!) Him a Valentine! Tell Him 14 things you love about Him (Romans 8 will get you started)
Love others – send homemade Valentine’s, compliment a stranger, fill someone else’s parking meter, do a random act of kindness
Love yourself – “Do you like honey?” allow yourself to have treats in moderation, but remember “don’t eat too much, or it will make you sick.” This is a great way to practice self-control which will help you love others, yourself and God! Fuel your Valentine’s Day with healthy treats.

An easy dessert that tastes like you're indulging but has only 130 calories and comes with 12 grams of protein
- 1 cup Greek yogurt can also use cottage cheese or regular yogurt
- 1 TBSP Stevia or any sweetener
- 2 TBSP Strawberry nesquick or red food coloring, or any flavored syrup/powder
- 1 Graham cracker crushed
- Whip or blend yogurt, sweetener and nesquick for 2 minutes
- Sprinkle Graham cracker crumbs between 2 serving cups
- Top with yogurt
- Add fresh fruit or whipped topping if desired
